The being follows the sound of the distant song. The sound leads her to a clearing where she finds another being. A robot? An automaton? A prototype for something better. Something more refined, more efficient. The prototype beckons her and she follows. He leads her to a new place. A gathering. A village. A town. A city. The people in the city are all very busy. Working. They move to and fro, back and forth, up and down, as they go about their work, apparently tending to the buildings and machines surrounding them. She feels like an alien as she moves amongst them, unnoticed. He leads her to the centre of the city where she finds the Zoo.
